Org settings
Configuration for Solar Nest Demo. These flags change behavior across the app — from which fields are required at scrub, to whether ICA auto-skips in a given state, to the labels used in the sales hierarchy. Each section saves independently.
Workflow behavior
How projects move through the pipeline. These flags change what ops sees on existing projects — be deliberate.
Controls who can run the site survey stage.
When enabled, new projects go through the HOA stage by default. When disabled, HOA is N/A out of the gate (reps can still flag individual projects manually).
Default: off
When on, customer DOB becomes a required field on the scrub checklist (driven by Session 20.I's conditional-field gate). Finance companies that underwrite on DOB need this; the rest should leave it off.
ICA skip states
States where the utility interconnection agreement stage is auto-skipped by the pipeline. Used by lib/advanceStage.ts — adding a state makes new projects in that state skip ICA on stage advance.
Two-letter US state codes. Existing projects won't retroactively skip — only new stage advances are affected.
Monitoring
Third-party monitoring integrations for installed systems.
Default: off
When enabled, installation completion kicks off an Enphase Enlighten API activation for any project with an Enphase inverter. Org-level credentials must be configured in org_monitoring_credentials for this to succeed.
Sales hierarchy
How your sales structure is labeled across the app — tab names, column headers, picker dropdowns.
The underlying tables stay the same — only UI labels change. Switching doesn't reorganize anyone, it just renames the tiers everywhere.
